I dreamt to live in Paris, Voodoo made my dream come true

In 2019 I was living in my native Russia, where I worked as a freelancer in the gaming industry. I dreamt of living in Paris but I could not find any professional opportunities in mobile gaming which would help me with my relocation. Then suddenly I found a job description for a game artist at Voodoo. I had already heard of this company, as I used to play Voodoo’s hit games on the App Store. All of the games I had seen looked very funny and entertaining. After a rigorous recruitment process, during which one I had a business case and some calls and even onsite interviews with recruiters, managers and my future potential colleagues, I received the offer I had been hoping to get.. I became a Game Artist at Voodoo! 

This was my first permanent contract in the Hyper Casual mobile gaming industry, and meant relocating to Paris. Voodoo was starting to expand its offices abroad, and to succeed in the hiring of talented people, they signed a partnership with Crown.
